This is my space to write about the Form Builder product, I have been using this for about 2 weeks and so far so good. Its easy to get the form made, the only thing that sucks sort-of is that I can’t put in any radio buttons. Or at least there may be a way to do it, but I haven’t figured it out just yet. But I’m still working on it, so give me some time.
