2nd Opinion

So i went to get a second opinion about the fluid build up in my legs. seemed like they were twice the size they normally are.

bood test, piss test…my kidneys are functioning. i just have to get up and exercise. scale said i’m 210…this being here is for the birds. i’m ready to go back overseas to the desert…i was 150 there, with skinny ankles … not cankles.

so 10 minutes a day is what i’ve been told…i have to walk for ten minutes. guess i know what my lunchbreak will consist of.

oh and i have to find a way to prop up my feet so that the blood vessels in them are forced to pump blood back to my body. and sleeping with them elevated doesn’t matter. so all in all the script i was given….

walk at least 10 minutes a day
prop feet up for at least 10 minutes at least 3-4 times a day
no salt (which is hard to do b/c everything has salt in it. trust me i’ve been looking)

now i’m going to use the best tool on earth and find a way to flush this sodium out of my body quick fast and in a hurry. then i might go bowling, since i have to get out the house.
