Today is a horrific day for African American’s world wide.
For I’m sure most if not everyone knows by now that the nephew of J. Hudson was found murdered earlier today, with a gunshot to the back of the head. Its more sad to me that her mother, and brother were killed, but the fate of her nephew is just absurd. What did this 7 year old do to anyone? He was a child, he I’m almost positive would not have done a thing to any grown adult that an adult should just brush off as the actions of a child and keep it moving.
Now as I was talking to my sister about this, she put a point on the story, had it not be J. Hud’s family, would anyone truly care about the story? I see a lot of people on here saying R.I.P. to many fellow LGBTQ community, but the fact of the matter is, unless you were of some major importance in the world/nation no one really gives a damn. People get their 10-15 minutes of fame and then they disappear. Like they never existed, like their struggles weren’t worth shyt to the people of the world. If we don’t stand up for something, we will fall for everything.
So I ask you, who remembers the girl that was kidnapped and tortured for what was it like two weeks, a week? What about those who killed Lawrence King? How about just any one involved in the murder of any LGBTQ person? What about the guy who killed Sean Kennedy? Did you know he only got like 2 years in prison and then like 5 yrs probation? bet you never even heard of Sean have you? Get some knowledge people. Its all about knowledge.
Now onto another topic that will stop you dead in your tracks. For those who aren’t aware, there was a assassination plot to kill Obama. Along with 100+ other random African Americans. They won’t reveal at which high school in Tenn that this was supposed to take place, but thankfully, the feds were able to find the two who had plans to rob a gun store, rack up as much ammo and weapons as possible then go and just do a random shooting, with their ultimate goal being to shoot and kill Obama. And if they didn’t kill him, then at least they would die trying. Two white guys with Nazi-background ties. Do you not realize there is supreme racism in this nation? The world isn’t going to stop just because you mean-mug someone. Do you not fear for your life everytime you step outside your door? I know I do.
Open your fog covered eyes young people. The world is not all peaches and cream.
Do you realize that the future has no promise for you? If you want some kind of future, I would advise you that are 18 and registered to vote, to step outside your box and Nov. 4th and do what needs to be done. I’m not going to tell you who to vote for, but know that any choice you make will effect you as you get older. If you make the mistake of voting for the wrong person, you will indeed pay for it later. And to those who were able to register, and didn’t register, DON’T YOU DARE COMPLAIN WHEN EVERYTHING FALLS APART. You were the one that made the choice to not get registered, so truthfully, your opinion doesn’t mean shyt now.
Next topic… I’m wondering how many of you know about the news anchor in Arkansas who was murdered and killed the same weekend that the movie “W” of which she had a part in, was debuted?? Its a total conspiracy to be covered up that she was a victim of a random robbing, but lets face it. She was well known in her area due to being on the news daily, she was in a movie that basically told the truth about the lame ass dude in office, who we all honestly can’t wait to get rid of. She was a part of this film, and more than people want to know, was prolly killed due to the movie. Its a shame, the movie told the truth about that jackass, and should have been put out 4 years ago. I saw the movie and it stopped short of his re-election in 2004. Just think people, had you all gotten out and voted (those who were able to) back in 2004, we would not have as many dead troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and many other countries. Our economy would not be in such a downward spiral. Homes would be worth something, crime would not have gotten out of hand, the world would be such a bad place to be.
