So i got up super late this morning. didn’t feel like getting out of bed what so ever…i was sitting around thinking .. goodness gracious…i got so many things that have been bothering me. Mostly my desktop computer.
Over the last almost 2 months i’ve had sooooo many issues..
from a failed attempt at upgrading my video card
to a failing integrated video card (so forcing the need to install an external video card)
attempt to restore windows vista
lost vista recovery disc
damaged vista recovery drive
fried motherboard
Scrambling to find a copy of Windows 7
installing a new motherboard without integrated graphics
installing a mix-matched video card
returning that card, buying a new card
installing windows 7 for the 3rd time
Thinking I got it all right…then finding errors
installing windows 7 for the 4th time
it’s working…only for a week
having problems with my video card
spending a week researching what the damn problem is, while struggling to start classes
finally waking up on a Sunday morning and attempting to find the problem again..
realizing what the problem is…
now installing window’s 7 for the 5th time…hoping like hell it works this time around
yes this has been my life for the last almost two months. I’m ready to throw the computer out the window..but hopefully this current install will be the one that solves all my problems. I have homework to be finished. A school semester to start.
My last resort will be to run to best buy, and buy a new hard drive, install it in my computer and install windows 7 on it.
—— update… 2 hours later…it still isn’t right…
So bout to get dressed after this UT game is over that i’m watching and head off to best buy and buy a new hard drive 🙁
